Returns & Exchanges

U.S. customers may exchange or return eligible items (see Eligibility Conditions and Exclusions) below) for refund or store credit up to 30 days from the order date.
For orders before December 8th: Please start a return by emailing us at returns@qhoobi.com with your order number, the reason for your return, and whether you would like an exchange, store credit, or a refund.
For orders after December 8, 2025: Please start a return through our return portal here.
Eligibility Conditions and Exclusions: For every return or exchange, a customer must first register and create an account. Currently, the eligible items for returns and exchanges are limited to non-discontinued styles and colors of equal or lesser value. Multiple items can be returned or exchanged on a single return or exchange request. Further, every eligible item must be with tags attached and in unused and unwashed condition and in the original packaging. All eligible items to be returned and/or exchanged must reach us within 45 days of the original order date.
Please note that we do not accept returns on custom-made products, scrub cap, final sale merchandise or products that are specified as non-returnable in their description or on our website. Orders with embroidery, logo, personalized inseam and/or sleeve customization are also final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. We reserve the right to refuse worn or damaged merchandise.
Please note that shipping charges will not be included in your refund amount. We use FedEx and USPS as our shipping carriers.
Refunds will be issued once we have received your eligible items within 45 days of the subject order date and have reviewed your returned item(s). You will receive notification of your refund, merchandise credit, or exchange as applicable. Please note that credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, but may take longer based on their processing times, which can vary greatly among credit card issuers. You can easily process a return or an exchange process online. To make a return or an exchange request, please log into your account and click on My Account/Orders/View Details and submit a request from there.
